Migrant families and nowhere to put them: How the acting DHS chief plans to handle the southern border

Acting Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kevin McAleenan is facing the largest wave of illegal crossings of families at the U.S.-Mexico border in a decade. "60 Minutes" traveled to the border to see the situation and asked McAleenan how he'll deal with it. Sharyn Alfonsi reports.
