"Orphan Black" star Tatiana Maslany eyes stage

Alert the #CloneClub -- "Orphan Black" star Tatiana Maslany will be finding a temporary home on an off-Broadway stage.

Second Stage Theatre said Tuesday that the BBC America actress will appear beside Tony Award nominee and "The Newsroom" actor Thomas Sadoski in Neil LaBute's world premiere "The Way We Get By."

The play will be directed by Leigh Silverman, who was nominated for a Tony Award last season for her direction of "Violet." Previews begin on May 12.

Maslany plays varied clones of her main character on "Orphan Black," which has been renewed for a third season. She also just finished filming "The Woman in Gold" alongside Helen Mirren and Ryan Reynolds, and appeared last year in an arc on NBC's "Parks & Recreation."

LaBute's plays include "Reasons to Be Happy" and "The Money Shot." His movies include "Your Friends and Neighbors" and "Nurse Betty."
