Fat Joe shares sweet photo of special needs son
Fat Joe might be a tough guy, but he has a soft spot for his first son, Joey.
The rapper shared a photo of his adult son, who has special needs. He wrote on Facebook: "I'm very private with my first born. Joey is special kid full of joy and Love. there's no way you could understand..."
In 2010, the rapper told UrbLife: "My oldest son is Joey ... He was a special needs child, I raised him with my parents. His mom couldn't handle him, and instead of him going to a center we raised him all of his life. I had to learn the responsibilities of being a parent the hard way."
After Fat Joe posted the picture, the photo prompted an outpouring from his fans who also have children with special needs along with their stories.
One fan posted a picture of his son and wrote: "I can relate I love my child unconditionally I pray for all the kids with challenges one love." Others shared similar sentiments of the joys their children brought to them.
