Prince William, Kate and Prince Harry attend Commonwealth Games

Prince William, Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, and Prince Harry cheered on athletes -- and got some cheers of their own -- while attending the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland, on Monday.

The royal trio took in the early rounds of the gymnastics competition on Monday afternoon, sitting in the family section at the Hydro arena, the BBC reports. They reportedly were nearly unnoticed by the crowds until cameras showed them on the arena's big screens, at which point spectators broke into applause.

William and Kate, both 32, and Harry, 29, later watched a boxing match, swimming races and met members of the Australian and English teams at the Glasgow National Hockey Centre.

According to the BBC, Harry met the two Australian players who were photobombed by his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, at the Games last week.

"We asked him if he would do a selfie with us so we could add it to our collection, but he said 'I hate selfies but I will definitely do a photo with you,'" Jayde Taylor said.

The Commonwealth Games continue through Aug. 3.
