Lindsay Lohan reveals she had a miscarriage

Lindsay Lohan says she suffered a miscarriage during the taping of her reality TV series.

The 27-year-old actress made the disclosure during Sunday's final episode of "Lindsay," the OWN cable channel series.

Lohan said the miscarriage was the reason she was unable to appear on the program at one point. She said she was sick and unable to move. "No one knows this, and we can finish after this. I had a miscarriage for the two weeks that I took off," she said.

"It's a very long story," she added. "I was sick. And mentally that messes with you. And watching this series, I just know how I felt at that moment, and I can relate to that girl, which sounds kinda crazy. But I'm like, 'Oh my God, this is really sad, who is helping her?' "

She didn't offer any further details on the program about her ill-fated pregnancy.

Lohan also opened up about her leaked sexual partners list, saying, "That list that came out, that was part of my Betty Ford -- it's step No. 5 or step No. 8 -- it's your sexual inventory, and that was in my Betty Ford book, so that was really personal to my sponsor. You write that for your sponsor."

"So someone took a photo [of the list], and I'm pretty sure I know who it is, unfortunately, and they're not a part of my life at all anymore. They might be on the show at some point," she said.

Lohan had previously talked about the list last week during a visit to "Watch What Happens Live."

Lohan began taping the OWN reality show shortly after leaving her sixth stint in rehab last summer
