Justin Bieber threatens legal action over nude photos

Justin Bieber's dad, Jeremy, might have awkwardly praised his son's junk after nude photos of the star were printed, but the singer and his team are not very happy about the snaps.

Bieber's legal representatives sent a cease and desist letter to the New York Daily News (NSFW pictures here), which published the nude photos showing the pop star on vacation in Bora Bora.

The pop star's legal team is demanding that the site remove the photos; they asked the site to comply within 12 hours of receipt of the letter, which they sent on Wednesday afternoon, per the Hollywood Reporter. The pictures are still on the Daily News website.

The letter also admitted that the photos are real images of Bieber -- not doctored fakes.

"We recently became informed that your company has obtained and is distributing unauthorized photographs of our Client including images showing him without clothing," reads the letter.

Bieber's legal reps say that publishing the photos violate his publicity and privacy rights; they also claim that the pictures infringe on Bieber's trademarks. The team at Myman Greenspan law firm are threatening to sue if the photos are not removed.
