James Corden welcomes second child

Congrats are in order for James Corden!

The British actor and comedian, taking over CBS' "The Late Late Show" for Craig Ferguson in March, welcomed his second child with wife Julia on Monday.

Daughter Carey -- which is her mother's maiden name -- is now a member of the Ferguson family. She has one brother, Max, who is 3.

On his upcoming "Late Late Show" takeover the 36-year-old actor said, "I can't describe how thrilled and honored I am to be taking over from the brilliant Craig Ferguson. To be asked to host such a prestigious show on America's No. 1 network is hugely exciting. I can't wait to get started, and will do my very best to make a show America will enjoy."

Corden also recently appeared in "Begin Again" with Mark Ruffalo and Keira Knightley. In December, he is starring with Johnny Depp and Meryl Streep in "Into The Woods".
