Millions of Americans misdiagnosed every year
A new study says about 12 million American adults each year will be misdiagnosed during outpatient medical care, and half of those cases could result in serious harm. CBS News chief medical correspondent Dr. Jon LaPook explains a few steps doctors and patients can take to help reduce the problem.
