California may ban unvaccinated children from school
California lawmakers passed one of the toughest vaccination bills in the country. The law would require mandatory immunizations for school children with few exceptions. The push began after the huge measles outbreak at Disneyland. CBS News legal expert Rikki Klieman joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss the significance of this bill.
