Peanut allergy treatment could protect patients from life-threatening reactions

A U.S. Food and Drug Administration panel is recommending approval of the first drug to treat life-threatening peanut allergies. It affects about 1.2 million children. As Dr. Jon LaPook reports, the new treatment is already offering hope.
