Chelsea Clinton left Lenox Hill Hospital in New York Monday evening, with baby Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky tucked into her arms

The newest member of the Clinton family went home on Monday.

Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky, who was born Saturday morning, left Lenox Hill Hospital in New York tucked into the arms of her mother, Chelsea Clinton, and accompanied by husband Marc Mezvinsky and new grandparents Bill and Hillary Clinton. They exited the hospital amid cheers from onlookers.

Clinton, 34, tweeted her thanks to the hospital staff soon after:
