AOL chief reverses on 401(k) policy amid "distressed babies" backlash

AOL chief Tim Armstrong restored the company's previous 401(k) match policy after setting off a firestorm when he linked the cut in the match to the cost of two employees who had given birth to what he called, "distressed babies." Jill Schlesinger reports.
