Kim Kardashian has 86 million followers on Instagram. Another 49 million on Twitter. So where were all these fans when one of the most recognized faces on social media made her 60 Minutes debut?

They certainly weren’t hanging around the 60 Minutes social media accounts. When news of Kim K’s interview broke mid-afternoon on Friday -- as part of a larger story on social media influencers -- some of our loyal viewers let us know they were tick-tick-tick’ed off:

60 Minutes is doing a story featuring Kim Kardashian as one of the most talented people in marketing. Tomorrow I am shaving my head and moving into a monastery after taking a lifetime vow of silence.
