Florida mall shooting suspects believed killed in getaway crash
KISSIMMEE, Fla. - Police say two men suspected in a mall shooting were found dead a short time later in a crashed vehicle that matched the description of their car.
Kissimmee police say in a news release that officers responded to shots being fired at the Osceola Square Mall's Ross Dress For Less store around 6:15 p.m. Tuesday.
As officers arrived to the scene, they spotted a vehicle that matched the description of the suspects' vehicle, reports CBS affiliate WKMG in Orlando. When they circled around to attempt to find the vehicle they found it crashed near a Publix.
Police say the injuries of the two victims of the shooting didn't appear to be life-threatening.
The identities of the victims and the suspects have not been released yet.
