Seth Rogen eyed to play Steve Wozniak in Steve Jobs biopic

The Aaron Sorkin-penned, Danny Boyle-directed Steve Jobs biopic may have found its Steve Wozniak.

Seth Rogen is being eyed to play the Apple co-founder alongside Christian Bale as Steve Jobs, according to TheWrap. Sources also confirmed Rogen's casting to Variety this week.

Jessica Chastain is also being sought for an undisclosed role in the film, according to those reports.

Sorkin ("The Social Network") confirmed last week that Bale had been cast as Jobs in the Sony Pictures film, saying, "The role is an extremely difficult role. He has more words to say in this movie than most people have in three movies combined. And there's a tremendous amount of language. So it's an extremely difficult part and he is gonna crush it."

The film is being adapted by Sorkin from Walter Isaacson's 2011 biography, "Steve Jobs." According to TheWrap, it's expected to follow Jobs during three stressful, high-profile product launches including the first Macintosh in 1984 and the 2001 debut of the iPod.

Rogen starred last year in the comedy "Neighbors" and will be seen next alongside James Franco in "The Interview."
