Federal judge in Texas rules the Affordable Care Act is unconstitutional
Late Friday night, a federal judge in Texas ruled the Affordable Care Act is unconstitutional. Supporters of Obamacare are promising to appeal the decision. They're concerned the ruling could strip coverage from millions of Americans with pre-existing conditions. As a result, a number of insurance groups, patient advocates and health care providers denounced the ruling. Kenneth Craig reports.
