Trump names Mick Mulvaney acting chief of staff
President Trump has picked Mick Mulvaney, director of the Office of Management and Budget, to serve as acting White House chief of staff. He will replace John Kelly, who is leaving by the end of the year. CBS News Washington correspondent Paula Reid reports.
