Judicial adviser Leonard Leo on Trump's Supreme Court list

Leonard Leo is the executive vice president of the Federalist Society, a group of conservative lawyers who want judges to interpret the law as it is written. He advises President Trump on judicial nominations and spoke to the president following the announcement of Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy's retirement. Leo joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss the future of the Supreme Court.
