Police: Woman assaulted boyfriend with selfie stick

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- Police say a Sioux Falls woman assaulted her boyfriend with a selfie stick.

Authorities allege that 22-year-old Tyshauna Lyons cut the man's head with a knife before hitting him on the shoulder with the selfie stick just after 7 p.m. Tuesday.

The man was not seriously hurt. It wasn't immediately clear if Lyons had an attorney but she has been charged with assault and intimidation, reports CBS affiliate KELO.
