Carcinogen detected in air around Texas chemical plant

There are new concerns about air quality after a massive fire at a chemical plant in Texas. Officials say they've detected "action levels" of benzene, a known carcinogen, in the air. Janet Shamlian reports from Deer Park where a shelter in place warning has been issued.
