Chef who cooked millions of meals in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria says he failed

Chef José Andrés, the founder of World Central Kitchen, told CBS News correspondent David Begnaud that he "failed" in Puerto Rico, despite providing nearly 3.7 million meals to victims of Hurricane Maria. Andrés also says he sometimes wishes he had opened his restaurant at the Trump Hotel in Washington, so he could have had direct contact with President Trump.
