Long-time voice of the inaugural parade goes silent
Charlie Brotman was the announcer at presidential inauguration parades through 15 parades and 11 presidents. This week as president Obama passes on the torch to president-elect Trump, Brotman will pass on the mic to his successor: Steve Ray. Chip Reid has the story.
