California's controlled burn grows out of control

Dozens of Southern California families are now back home after a brush fire forced them to evacuate Tuesday. The fire is now 30 percent contained. The Southern California wildfire started as a controlled burn, but strong winds spread the flames in Apple Valley, east of Los Angeles. Charlie Rose tells us more.
