Mich. man charged with killing girl, 3, wounding three others

DETROIT - A Detroit man has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of three-year-old Amiracle Williams, reports CBS Detroit.

Donnie Everett, 22, is charged with the shooting last Thursday that also left a 17-year-old girl, a 40-year-old woman and a 48-year-old man injured. Police say that Williams was shot in the chest and later died in a hospital following the shooting.

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy also said that Everett is charged with five counts of assault with intent to murder, felon in possession of a firearm and felony firearm, according to the station.

Detroit Police Chief said that the shooting stemmed from a Facebook feud and broke out during a fight Thursday afternoon outside the family's home.

On Friday, police told reporters that two men had been arrested, two people were questioned and released, and there were no additional suspects.

Everett is expected to be arraigned late Monday morning, reports CBS Detroit. The case is still under investigation.
