Heavy rain, flooding continues across the Northeast
Dangerous flash flooding is threatening more than four million people as an unrelenting storm system hovers over parts of the Northeast. Rising water rushed into roads and homes in parts of Pennsylvania Monday forcing rescues and evacuations. States of emergency are in effect across the region.
