Seattle police apologize for arresting elderly man with a golf club
Seattle's police chief is investigating after a white police officer arrested a 69-year-old black man who was carrying a golf club on a city street. The chief says there's no evidence to back up the officer's claim that the man -- who uses the club as a cane -- swung it at her.
