North Korea's capabilities continue to grow despite sanctions
North Korea has launched nine missiles this year, and despite international sanctions, its capabilities continue to grow. This week, the U.S. military will attempt to shoot down an intercontinental ballistic missile for the first time. Ben Tracy reports.
