Son of soldier missing in Korean War hopes to finally get father's remains

Hal Downes was in the back of an Air Force bomber when it went down over North Korea in 1952. His son has spent years trying to get his father's remains back to the U.S. As CBS News national security correspondent David Martin explains, his wish may finally come true.
