California cracks down on conserving water in drought
California is cracking down on areas like Beverly Hills, which the state water regulator says isn't pulling its weight during the state's drought. Beverly Hills Mayor Julian Gold said that he didn't want to shame the city's millionaires into conserving water. Carter Evans reports.
