Justice Kennedy retirement sets up congressional fight ahead of midterms
President Trump hosted a bipartisan group of six senators at the White House Thursday to discuss the Supreme Court vacancy created by the upcoming retirement of Justice Anthony Kennedy. The three Democrats who attended are up for re-election in November in states that typically vote republican. Nancy Cordes reports.
