President Trump speaks to the annual Conservative Political Action Conference Friday. On Thursday his chief strategist, Steve Bannon, who rarely speaks in public, appeared at CPAC with chief of staff Reince Priebus to bash reporters and push the president's agenda. Chip Reid reports.
