California pipeline break sends 21,000 gallons of oil into ocean

A big oil spill near Santa Barbara is threatening wildlife after a pipeline ruptured Tuesday afternoon. Initial reports say at least 500 barrels of crude oil leaked into the Pacific Ocean. Ben Tracy reports from Refugio State Beach in Goleta, California.
