Kentucky clerk still refuses to give marriage licenses
Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis said that it's "under God's authority" that she's not issuing same-sex marriage licenses. Davis has refused to acknowledged the Supreme Court's ruling on same-sex marriage. CBS News correspondent Dean Reynolds reports.
