John Glenn, first American to orbit the Earth and U.S. senator, dead at 95

John Glenn died Thursday at the age of 95. The American icon was the first person from the U.S. to orbit earth. He also served in the U.S. Senate for 25 years, representing his home state of Ohio. Nancy Cordes reports on how he became a NASA pioneer.
