Build-A-Bear customers left in tears following sale cancellation
The popular retailer Build-A-Bear is trying to make amends after it pulled the plug on a big sale due to overcrowding. Thousands of people lined up at stores across the U.S., Canada and the U.K. Thursday for deep discounts from their "pay your age" event. The massive crowds triggered safety concerns and the store was forced to turn people away. Manuel Bojorquez reports.
