First on "CBS This Morning," Bon Appétit deputy editor Andrew Knowlton and senior projects editor Julia Kramer reveal this year's list of the "Hot 10" best new restaurants in the U.S. Knowlton and Kramer sampled food across the country for nearly a year, traveling a combined 35,000 miles to visit 41 cities.
