A sharp rebuke
New Hampshire voters -- Republicans and Democrats alike, as well as the state's famously independent undeclared voters -- delivered a clear message in Tuesday night's primary; they've had enough of the perceived "establishment" and its domination of U.S. politics.
Primary dissection
The New Hampshire primary is usually known as the graveyard of pollsters, but not this year. In this case, the polls generally got it right. As predicted, businessman Donald Trump and Sen. Bernie Sanders carried the night by double-digit margins. But what else did the voting reveal about the electorate?
"Turning the page"
Ohio Gov. John Kasich was one of three current and former governors to stake his entire early strategy on a strong finish in New Hampshire's first-in-the-nation primary, and his focus on the Granite State paid off with a second-place victory. He called it a triumph over the "dark part of American politics."
Clinton's emails
A federal judge has given the Justice Department one day to explain why portions of the remaining 3,700 emails from Hillary Clinton's time as Secretary of State can't be produced by Feb. 18, and he's set a deadline for the government to explain how roughly 7,000 pages of emails were overlooked to begin with.
Gold rush
The genetic testing industry is booming, with an average of eight to 10 testing products hitting the market every day, according to a recent estimate. But in the rush to put tests in physicians' hands, a CBS News investigation has found that science is sometimes taking a back seat to corporate profits.
Music educator
The Music Educator Award is given each year by the Recording Academy and the Grammy Foundation. Only on "CBS This Morning," we reveal this year's winner, who hails from North Carolina.
