The first major legislative test of Donald Trump’s presidency is slated for tomorrow night, when the House votes on the Republican health care bill. No Democrats are expected to support the bill, but it also has detractors within the GOP. Republicans can’t afford to lose any more than 21 votes, but will they?

One million children are in desperate need of food in South Sudan, but fierce fighting in the country’s civil war means aid workers can’t reach the areas that need it most. Investigators have released new information in the nationwide search for missing 15-year-old Tennessee girl Elizabeth Thomas. She was last seen nine days ago. Investigators believe her former teacher, 50-year-old Tad Cummins, convinced Thomas to run away with him.
