Strong winds, dry brush fuel California wildfires

The combination of powerful winds and brittle trees and shrubs whipped up another day of blowtorch conditions in the California fire zones. Some 250,000 people have been chased from their homes by two large fires in Southern California. The death toll has jumped to at least 25. Mireya Villarreal reports.
