Chicago police say they are reviewing a controversial sting operation amid growing criticism their approach entraps poor minorities. Cellphone video shows officers leaving behing a so-called "bait truck" filled with expensive name-brand shoes in the city's South Side. Three men were arrested. Adriana Diaz reports.
