Who hacked?

Sources tell CBS News the sophisticated and damaging cyberattack against Sony Pictures originated in North Korea and flowed through a vast array of computer servers in other countries in an attempt to hide its origin. CBS News chief White House correspondent Major Garrett reports senior administration officials said Iran is another suspect, though others may have been involved.

Cancellation fallout

Critics of Sony's decision to pull "The Interview" say it sets a dangerous precedent and giving in to threats will have a chilling effect on Hollywood. By cancelling showings of "The Interview," theater chains and Sony have angered and disappointed both moviegoers and filmmakers. As CBS News correspondent John Blackstone reports, San Francisco Film Society Executive Director Noah Cowan fears the pullout could threaten free expression on film.

New Normal

For all any Cuban can tell, Detroit hasn't made a car since 1961. Chevrolets and Fords familiar to Eisenhower and Sinatra live forever, thanks to a uniquely Cuban industry -- counterfeiting new parts from designs of the '50s. Reporting from Havana, CBS Evening News anchor Scott Pelley spoke about America's new relationship with Cuba, with Fernando Saez, director of a dance company. "Well, the normal circumstances, this is life with the embargo, and this is the air we have been breathing for many years," Saez told Pelley, "and it has been very hard to think how things are going to be in different ways because we don't have the experience."

Least productive?

When the Senate cast its last vote Tuesday night and lawmakers headed back to their districts, the 113th Congress officially came to a close. Was this this least productive Congress every? The answer depends on how you measure productivity on Capitol Hill.

Not so Big Three

For decades, the Big Three automakers dominated the American auto industry. You drove a car from General Motors, Ford or Chrysler, and that was it. A small percentage of drivers were in that "other" category of mostly foreign brands. That dominance has severely diminished as several foreign automakers have won a larger share of the U.S. market. GM is still the leader, but its market share has fallen to 17.6 percent this year, from 28.2 percent in 2000.

Hidden airfares

Airfares seem to keep on climbing, but a 23-year-old computer whiz found a way to save you hundreds on airline tickets. With a few clicks of the mouse, Skiplagged helps you find what it calls "hidden city" airfares. CBS News correspondent Michelle Miller sat down with founder Aktarer Zaman, who is creating some turbulence with travel industry giants.

Inside FreshDirect

Giant retailers like Walmart and Amazon see groceries as the next frontier in e-commerce, but CBS News Correspondent Vinita Nair takes you inside FreshDirect, an online grocery service that has been showing up at front doors for more than a decade.
