Border patrol agent accused of killing 4 women described as "serial killer"
Texas investigators are describing a U.S. border patrol agent accused in the deaths of four women as a "serial killer." Juan David Ortiz was charged with four counts of murder and other crimes. He was arrested Saturday following the dramatic escape of a fifth woman. Omar Villafranca reports.
