Haiti and Cuba in Hurricane Matthew's path

Jamaica has felt Hurricane Matthew's outer bands all weekend, striking fear of its fury into residents. Kingston, the nation's capital with almost 600,000 people, is a virtual ghost town. But it now looks like the storm will more directly impact Haiti and Cuba, where 350,000 Cubans have been evacuated. Mark Strassmann is tracking the storm.
