Prosecutor speaks after Eric Frein's arraignment
Ray Tonkin, the district attorney prosecuting alleged cop killer Eric Frein, spoke in front of the Pike County, Pa., courthouse Friday after an arraignment hearing. Frein was charged with murder, attempted murder and numerous other crimes connected to the September shooting death of a state trooper.
