Groom gives second wedding to amnesiac wife

TENNESSEE -- A couple in Tennessee is planning to tie the knot for the second time in a year, CBS affiliate WTRF reports.

Less than a month after their wedding day, the bride, Justice Stamper, was in a horrible car crash where she barely survived. As a result, she doesn't remember her wedding, and according to her husband Jeremy Stamper, she didn't even know they were married.

WTRF reports a few weeks after the crash, Justice confessed to her husband that she had no recollection of their special day. That's when he got thinking.

Jeremy knew how much their wedding meant to his wife, so he decided to plan a second wedding so she had the memories she was robbed of after the crash.

Jeremy turned to the crowd-funding site GoFundMe, in hopes to raise the money so he could exchange vows with his wife again.

So far, they have raised $4,700 of a $5,000 goal. The couple plans on getting married Aug. 1, 2015, one year to the date of their original wedding.
