Ulta accused of repackaging returned items
Would you buy used makeup? Lots of people may have without knowing it, according to two class-action lawsuits against Ulta Beauty. The company has more than 1,000 stores in 48 states. CBS News correspondent Anna Werner reports the trouble started with a social media post.
