Meet Mandy Manning, 2018 National Teacher of the Year
Mandy Manning teaches English and math to refugee and immigrant students at Joel E. Ferris High School in Spokane, Washington. Manning was chosen for her work inside the classroom and will spend the next year as an advocate for more than three million teachers and 50 million public school students across the country. She joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss teaching in a classroom filled with students from around the world and why she loves teenagers.
