Massive magma reserve found under Yellowstone Park
Scientists have long known that Yellowstone National Park sits atop a huge super-volcano, but it is bigger than they thought. University of Utah researchers detected a vast pool of magma deep beneath the park, enough to fill the Grand Canyon 11 times over.
