Biden unveils $775 billion plan for child care, elder care and care for people with disabilities
Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden on Tuesday unveiled a $775 billion plan to expand care for children, the elderly and people with disabilities, and create 3 million new jobs.
