Special Report: Obama announces restoration of U.S.-Cuba relations

President Obama announced Wednesday that the United States and Cuba have fully restored diplomatic relations for the first time in over 50 years. The U.S. will open an embassy in Havana later in July and Secretary of State John Kerry has said he plans to be there for the ceremony.
